   Once your order is confirmed, you can expect your First Moon ELECTRONICS product to arrive at your doorstep within 2-4 business days.

2. Shipping Charges:

   For customers residing in the UAE, there is a flat shipping charge of 20 AED. However, if your total order amount exceeds 200 AED, we will cover the shipping charge for you within the UAE. Please note that we currently do not offer international shipping.

Return Policy:

At First Moon Electronics LLC, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Here is our return policy:

1. Final Sale and Non-Refundable Items:

   All reduced-priced items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Similarly, items purchased using promotional codes or at a discounted rate are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2. Return or Exchange Eligibility:

   Regular-priced products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. However, prior to returning any goods, you must contact us to obtain a return materials request number.

3. Return Process:

   All goods must be returned at your own risk and expense. They should be undamaged and in their original packaging. After providing us with proof of delivery for the return, we will process the replacement of the item or allow you to purchase another item of equal value to compensate for the returned item.
